1. Download and Unzip the the file
2. Locate the folders: Assets Folder, And Tray Folder.
3. Place contents of Asset Folder in EA/ Sims 4/ Mods Folder
4. Place Contents of Tray Folder in your EA/ Sims 4/ Tray Folder
5. Start Game.
6. Open Gallery
7. Go to My Library Tab
8. Look for ADVANCED
9. Check *Include Custom Content* and the downloaded home should appear with a wrench tag!
